Minimum Order
All orders must be for at least 1,000 words. This can be split across multiple articles — for example, two 500-word articles. Even if the client solely requests a 750-word article, the minimum charge will always be 1,000 words.
Revisions
Standard clients are entitled to a single round of reasonable revisions. These revisions shall be completed within seven business days if the client provides direct and specific feedback in the Google document about how the content did not meet their brief or outline.
Revisions must be requested within five business days of delivery.
Guarantees
The client can expect 7,000 words maximum to be delivered within seven business days.
The client can expect integration of up to 25 keywords per article unless the content is otherwise optimized.
Document Maintenance
InspireMedia will store a client’s article for 14 business days after delivery. The client must download and make a local copy of the document itself within that timeframe.
AI Detection
Field testing of several AI detection tools has shown inconsistent results when submitting human-written content. Because of the evolving nature of these tools and how AI itself can be manipulated, we do not provide any AI detection guarantee.
SEO Tools
While InspireMedia does not provide specific SEO tools, with an additional fee, the writer will use a client’s SEO tool account to optimize an article.
